Who we are

What we collect
When you contact us
The contact form asks for your name, email address, company, the kind of project you have in mind, and your message. We use it only to reply to you and to work with you if you become a client. The form is processed by our contact service, hosted on Google Cloud, and delivered to our inbox by our email provider, Resend.
When you browse the site
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site: which pages are visited, how visitors arrived (for example, from a search engine), the type of device and browser, and an approximate location at the city level. Google Analytics uses cookies to tell visits apart. It does not give us your name or contact details, and Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses.
Like any website, our hosting provider (Firebase Hosting, part of Google) logs basic request details such as IP address and browser type to operate and secure the service. The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address when they download.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent personal information.
- We don't share personal information with advertisers or use it for ad targeting.
- We don't add you to a mailing list without asking.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep reasonable business records. Analytics data is kept for 14 months, then deleted automatically by Google.
Your choices
- To see, correct or delete information you have sent us, email terran@overlakewebsolutions.com and we will respond within 30 days.
- To opt out of Google Analytics on every site, install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on, or block cookies in your browser settings.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the effective date above.
